Our History

In October 2007 Chris & Dana Byers sold their home, vehicles, and nearly everything they owned. God led them to use their savings to move to London for a six-month time period. The simple plan in moving was to explore opportunities to share Christ with people in London. The family was transformed by their incredible experience over the following six months in ways that prepared them to serve as they are today.

Now the Byers family live in the United Kingdom under the provision of missionary visas in an effort to share Christ's love and teachings.

Chris & Dana formed Blue Door Ministries to carry out three primary objectives:

  •  To use the Internet and physical meetings to reach the people of London with the message of Christ.
  •  To inspire others by partnering with church leaders in the UK and innovating within The Church.
  •  To duplicate our ministry by sharing our experiences and techniques with others who want to evangelize globally.

All of this is for the simple yet profound purpose of leading people to become fully devoted followers of Christ.
